Hi Tom,

I want to know who has compiled the oracle package last time. Is there any dictionary available to query it as I am using sql developer where there is no option to know the
audit trial like we have in toad.

The "when" is typically LAST_DDL_TIME in USER_OBJECTS (although can be impacted by other operations).

The "who" is not tracked unless you explicitly want to do so.
