Hello, I am an intermediate SQL and PL/SQL user and I am interested in becoming an Oracle Database Administrator. Could you provide me with a roadmap or step-by-step guide on how to become an Oracle DBA? Additionally, I would appreciate any recommendations on books or resources I can use to develop my skills in Oracle Database Administration. Thank you for your help.

The docs ( https://docs.oracle.com/en/database/oracle/oracle-database/index.html ) have three great resources here

1) Concepts guide. An overview of the Oracle architecture

2) 2-Day DBA. A rapid fire "get up to speed quickly" resource to get you started on the path of managing the database

3) The full DBA guide. Your reference for everything else.

Also - attend user group meetups, make contacts, get onto the forums, twitter, stackoverflow etc.... The more community contacts you make, the faster you learn, the less errors you make.

My self amit kumar sinha ,I am persuing btech cse. I'm in 3rd year .I want to became an Oracle DBA . Could you provide me a step by step road map or guide to became Oracle DBA . From zero to.advance and I request you to provide me any books and resources so I can use to develop my skills in Oracle DBA... Thank you for your help..
