I have a problem in defining shared folders in VMVirtualBox.
As there ist no category for that it seams that this is the wrong place.
So where can i send the problem that seems to be a bug?

We need more details than that.

For what its worth, I use Virtualbox for all of my database VMs and use shared folders extensively.
