I get to sort and display or hide columns. But only for my report, that is I log into the created app with my admin account, I am able to sort and hide columns. But I have no option to set that final result as the default report. I always get a new report which I save and becomes the default FOR ME. But not for the users. The users still see the default report.
How can I make users see what I see. For example the report order on date ascending, not Last name.
I tried the SQL part in the form, using the field name and "asc" but it just doesn't work.

Run your report from the builder, customise it how you like and then choose Report => Save

Then you can choose to make this the default for all users
