Is there a way to create a pdf in memory and save it in a blob?
We don’t want to create a database directory and create the actual pdf on the server.
So, I am looking for a way to create it in memory and insert it into a blob field using pl/sql or a database procedure written in Java.

Also, if you're an APEX user (free product) then the APEX_DATA_EXPORT package allows exporting data as PDF
