And saw, the explanation provided by Jonathan Lewis, absolutely impressed by the depth of the knowledge of him.

Could you please let me know, which book / whitepaper / document has such in-depth explanations recorded in it.

I want to read more like this. Is there a book written by Jonathan himself on such topics ?

But I'm not of this being covered as thoroughly elsewhere in the documentation.
