You Asked

We wish to implement a system of "Spell Check" or "Did you mean this.." whenever any visitor makes some search to alert him for any spelling mistakes.

We use Oracle Text Search for searching our database and displaying records. Does the Oracle Text has any inbuilt tool or function to achive this functionality? if not, what could be the best optimized method from performance point of view to provide this feature.

We use 10g Release 2 Standard edition.

there is no spell check included with the database. I have one that Chris Beck wrote for me in plsql however:
