Please let me know what are ready utilities provided by Oracle Corp. to migrate Ingress database to Oracle Database.

there are migration toolkits.....

(one hopes that if you are doing the work of a migration, you would actually go to slightly more *recent* software, rather then migrate to a version that will be going out of error correction support in the near future...)
