We have an Apex 5.1 application with theme 42. We want to run this on a tablet with resolution 1800x1200. But this resolution is too high to make it responsive... so the text and buttons are too small. What is the easiest way to solve this? Is it possible to trick Apex into thinking that it is working on a 900x600 resolution?

APEX doesn't natively have that, but could you not just change the magnification in the browser? eg I regularly use Ctrl Plus and Ctrl Minus in Chrome to get a larger/smaller font, and there are also the standard Accessibility options that most OS's will have.

Thanks for your reply. Our workaround will be changing the default zoom level in the browser. The tablet does not have ctrl-buttons ;-).

I was hoping there would be another solution, so that this workaround has no impact on other sites opened in the browser. But we will have to deal with it!

For a tablet, I suspect the best you can do is to tinker with the text zoom settings within the accessbility options.
