I have been mainly a PL/SQL developer but just recently have been moved in to Database Performance tuning.
Can you kindly suggest helpful tutorials/links for learning Database Performance Tuning concepts?

Hello,

The book of Antognini is excellent but it is about perfs, tuning and troubleshooting. If you want a book only about tuning : "Oracle Database 12c Release 2 Performance Tuning Tips & Techniques (Oracle Press) 1st Edition
by Richard Niemiec" https://www.amazon.com/Oracle-Database-Release-Performance-Techniques/dp/1259589684

But be careful : 1 200 pages...
