Hi,
I Would like to know one thing about 12c i.e whether Database (Here Data Base is storage device) exists at the place of 12C Buyer or Somewhere.
I am Learning Oracle I Installed 12c on my laptop (for practice). But The C Means Cloud. In cloud Computing we buy Storage Space From Someone & we store data in that space, Here Also 12C Contain Cloud word,So Oracle Sells Some Space Who wants to use Oracle 12C DataBase.
Thank You.

The c in 12c does stand for Cloud. But that's just marketing. It doesn't mean it
is a cloud database!
If you've installed 12c on your laptop, then it's an on-premises database. If you want a database that is in the cloud, you can buy one from:
https://cloud.oracle.com/en_US/database
