I am using version 23.1.1 and when I start up the application, it just hangs. I have no idea what to look at to even begin to diagnose the problem.

My first recommendation would be to try the current version and see you have the same issue

Just unzip to a fresh folder and see how you go.

If that doesn't, ping back and we'll talk through some debug settings

Unfortunately, that did not work. For the benefit of anyone else who may run into this, the ultimate answer was to delete the system_cache file. It recreates itself each time you startup so once deleted - it created the new version and it ran fine. thanks for your input!
