How to connect oracle database / data set into Power BI, I already searched from google and youtube but I can't do it please help.

Power BI Desktop uses unmanaged ODP.NET, so head over to

https://www.oracle.com/database/technologies/appdev/ocmt.html

and you can download 32 or 64bit client as appropriate.
