looking for the best way to move data from oracle 19c oltp system(size 13tb) to oracle 19c warehouse db.
Currently using stantby database to fetch the modified rows and add to warehouse system. This process is taking so much time.

You're a little bit low on detail here.

For a one-off move, transportable tablespace probably the best way.

If you're transforming rows, direct path loads or a tool such as Data Integrator.

But with so little information - hard to really advise you here.
