Developer Role               

A new role allows administrators to quickly assign developers only the privileges they need to design, build and deploy applications for the Oracle Database.

Schema Privileges             

System privileges can now be granted at the schema level simplifying the privilege management process.

TLS 1.3 Support               

Oracle Database now supports the latest version of TLS, 1.3.

Microsoft Azure AD Integration

Azure Active Directory users can use Azure AD OAuth2 tokens to access OCI DBaaS databases as well as on-premises databases.
