Here are the steps that we have followed for our application. we have build an application called mediconeed.com on apex 18.2 version (recent version available on apex.oracle.com). After installation of apex 18.2 on mediconeedDBCS instance on Dbaas, while i was accessing ords apex url : https://129.154.73.73/ords/pmndb/ I was getting page error "129.154.73.73 refused to connect. ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED".
When I checked the status of ords status whether it is up and running, i have found that ords was not up and running. while i was starting ords on 8080, i was getting an error "SEVERE: Could not start Standalone Mode because the listen port: 8080 is already in use by another process. Check if ano
ther instance of ords is already running"

Here are the steps that i have followed up
Using username "opc".

Question:
1) I have verified port 8080 is not displaying on any of the process commands that I know. How to figure out which process is running on 8080 port and how to kill the process
2) what I came to know is ords default port is 8080. we cannot use 8080 port for any other application other than ords? is it correct ?
3) how to port ords to 8080 port and make ords to live and up& running. so that my application can be moved to production cloud.

I have raised SR with support.oracle.com but i have not got proper response
