You Asked

Hello sir

It got shutdown abnormally after power issue and the instance is unable to open.
It is able to come up to mount stage and give error message ora-03133 end-of file … when we try to alter database open

It is able to shutdown properly but not open the database.

Check your alert log and any trace files created around the same time - there will be additional information in there.

A corrupted spfile is a potential cause of this, but there are others as well.
