Dear all,

i have oracle forms that are built on 6i and 11g and i want to migrate them to oracle apex, is it possible to create an application based on the oracle 6i form migrated, if so can you provide me with a document or a video showing the process because i convert them to xml and upload them, but i cant create an application at all, i get only to analyse it and it's triggers.

I have friend Scott who is very familiar with this process. Here's a PDF he put together a while back

But the general consensus I've seen from the community is that if you try automate the conversion from a Form to APEX, then you end up with an APEX application that tries to be Forms, which is not what APEX is designed for. Sometimes it is better to use your Form as a *design* template, and build your APEX apps from the ground up.
