Oracle Audit sentence:

audit execute on [package] by access;

How Can I Do something like this?

audit execute on [package.function] by access;

I need to audit execution of functions inside packages with Oracle Audit options.

Is it possible to audit arguments sent to this functions too?

And Is it possible to Select this info of SYS.AUD$ or other Views

You can't

You cannot audit individual functions or procedures within a PL/SQL package.
