Hi, Tom. How can I connect 2 databases in different servers. I need to connect into a database, read some rows and write them in a table at the other server. I know (and use) database link to databases in the same server. Is it work for different machines? Thanks.

database links were invented for this, yes. It was meant to be used across servers - you should NEVER have two databases on the same server - they were supposed to be on different machines in the first place!
