Description

JSON path expressions and syntax simplification
In this session we focus on new features in SQL/JSON path expressions, how they're internally evaluated and how the result is mapped from the SQL/JOSN domain to the SQL domain.
We also give examples for the syntax simplification that we have done for various operators.

6:30 - 14:00 trailing functions
14:00 - 22:00 simplified syntax on SQL expression, use of TREAT AS JSON
22:00 - 28:00 trailing functions for SQL/JSON operators
28:00 - 43:00 use of path predicates in SQL/JSON operators, meaning of [*]
rewrite of multiple operators to JSON_TABLE
