Marcos Arancibia is a Senior Principal Product Manager in the Oracle Autonomous Database team. He is charted with developing a comprehensive platform for enabling all customers and use cases to be successful on Autonomous Database, and working with developers to bring their Applications and workloads as well.

Alexey is a professional with over 15 years of expertise in the Datawarehousing and Data Lake domains. For 11 of those years, he contributed his valuable skills and knowledge to Oracle. Beginning his career as a Datawarehouse developer, Alexey gained hands-on experience with a range of technologies such as Oracle Exadata, Teradata, Greenplum, and Apache Hadoop. In 2012, Alexey embarked on a new journey with Oracle as a sales consultant, where he played a pivotal role in promoting and advocating for Big Data technologies like Hadoop and NoSQL. His deep understanding of these technologies enabled him to effectively guide clients and provide valuable insights. In 2015, Alexey transitioned into a development role, joining the Oracle development team. His primary focus became outbound product management, ensuring that the best practices originating from headquarters were effectively communicated to the field. He also played a crucial role in collecting and incorporating customer feedback into the product roadmap, ensuring that customer needs were addressed and incorporated into future product enhancements. Since 2019, Alexey has shifted his attention to inbound product management, where he dedicates his efforts to several Cloud Services, including Big Data Service and Data Lake features of the Autonomous Database. In this role, he actively contributes to shaping and refining these services, ensuring they meet the evolving demands of customers in the cloud computing landscape.
