Heat Map
This session explored Heat Map and how it is used with Database In-Memory and Advanced Compression. Andy Rivenes (@TheInMemoryGuy) PM for Database In-Memory and Gregg Christman (@aco_gregg) PM for Advanced Compression, reviewed the motivation for Heat Map, how it works and how it is used in Oracle Database. A demo was also given to show how access Heat Map data.
