Hello AskTOM Team,
Hope you are all fine,
I have issue with Report builder printed PDFs, i have more than 3500+ report (rdf), and i want to print watermark on each printed PDF dynamically, without opening each PDF to add it individually..
And i want the watermark contain the information of printed user, such his username..
is there any way to make this type of thing?
note: i can specify the exact Product version later, if you need it, i don't have right now.

To my knowledge SQL Developer does not currently have that facility for "true" watermarking. You can set things like the header and footer text.
You could always ask for it as an enhancement request on the SQL Dev forum
You could try some batch conversion tools after the reports are generated, eg
