There is no 'desupport' tab, you need to dig and dig and still you find no answer to when the End of Life for 9.2.0.8
is.

part I of my response

I just went into (classic) metalink, clicked on certify -> desupport tab (blue bar reading left to right

"Certifications
Product Availability
Desupport Notices
Alerts"

Just now, just right now.

clicked on database desupport notices, 'noticed' "9.2, 10g and 10gR2 " as a link, clicked on it and...

http://www.oracle.com/support/lifetime-support-policy.html

Getting the "coverage for oracle technology products" document, you can see that for 9.2

Released: July 2002
Premier support ends: July 2007 (past tense)
Extended Support ends: July 2010
Sustaining support ends: indefinite

Part II

I go into metalink (new flashy thing)

There is a certify tab.

And - well...

there is a desupport tab right there (upper right hand side) - on that page after clicking the certify tab.

and I click on that...

and I pick database desupport

and now I'll just refer you to above.

It literally is click click click and you are there.
