Version: Oracle Database XE 18c

I tried to install Oracle XE 18c,but it keeps rolling back. On trace log, it said no valid ip address return for the host. I'm using windows 10 pro. What should i do to fix this problem?

Firstly, I would look at using 21c XE. Complete walkthrough here



I assume you have a network stack ? I've never tried XE on a machine that only has "localhost" (ie, is not on a network of some kind).
