hello I hope you can guide me.

I need a tool to notify me of significant log messages from weblogic to some other tool (for example whatsapp)

My goal is "not to be sitting in front of the console watching the logs"

Enterprise Manager is our solution for monitoring just about everything involved in an Oracle stack. It can manage alerts/thresholds being exceeed/metrics etc
