Can oracle redaction be turned on based on a value in a column?

Will this change near future (eg Oracle 21c) ?

I have heard with GDPR there are customer rules that kick in after 7 years. 
So,  it would be nice to mask a telephone depending on different column.For example whenever last-update-date being lessthan '01-Jan-2013' ?!  perhaps using the expression parameter of DBMS_REDACT.add_policy()
OR

Do you think DBMS_REDACT could be applied to just one-partition of table?
