I've seen that in 12c version there was an APEX app :

Does same functionality exists in 18 or 19 if not via APEX than some other way?

I spoke to the APEX team. That app has been tested and works for all current versions of the database and APEX so you should be able to use it without problems.

Also, it is open source in that you are free to modify it for your own needs.
