Hello, Ask Tom Team

I am running a production environment on a 18c Oracle RAC. I need to alter tables (drop columns, add columns, modify columns). How can I make these changes without stopping production or maybe for a very small window (without having any error)?

I have been told about Blue and Green Development, where changes to IT Infrastructure are made online, transparent to clients. I want to know how can I get this on database site.
