Hi,

I am using oracle 19c this feature does not work. I am trying to use auto increment feature in a existing table.

Naturally i tried altering table for auto increment it doesn't work. The only way appears to be only in create table. We have to do this in production.

After making this change in dev env with a new table (it works create table part).
But when i tried inserting a row into the table with out the column value i am getting not enough values error.

The same error if i use a null value(with a trigger it works).

Its a good feature but still there are kinks in this feature. Hopefully it will be addressed soon.
