Unfortunately there isn't a PDF version available.

Oracle magazine PDF

Thanks for being honest about eliminating a form of oracle magazine that can be "consumed" offline. As a consequence I won't be reading this magazine in the future. -Jim Layer

Oracle Magazine in pdf format

It is completely unfortunately that the pdf option was eliminated. Before I used to read the magazine very often, but now I stopped to do it.
The sad part is that even at article level is not possible to have a pdf option.

https://www.oracle.com/technetwork/oramag/magazine/home/index.html is empty. There isn't any archived magazine.

Is it stored in other place?

Asktom answers points many times to articles on oracle magazine.
