How many autonomous db we could have for ExaCC full Rac?

The smallest ADB on C@C is 0.1 OCPU, so the maximum number of ADBs that can be provisioned is the "# of CPU Cores on the Full Rack" x 10.
This varies depending on the Exadata Model, but on the ExaCC X9M, it's 496x10=4,960 and on ExaCC X8M, it's 400x10= 4,000 Autonomous Databases.
