Russ Lowenthal, Director of Database Security Product Management
Russ Lowenthal is the Director of Product Management for Database Security, focused on database encryption, access control, audit, and monitoring. Russ is based in Orlando, Florida, USA and has been with Oracle for over nineteen years. Leveraging close to thirty years of experience in IT including database, UNIX systems and network administration, he now advises Oracle's customers on secure implementations of information systems technology. Russ' certifications include Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Systems Manager (CISM), Oracle Certified Master (OCM), Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) and Certified Technical Trainer (CTT).

Richard is part of the Database Security Product Management team, which responsible for many products, including Oracle Advanced Security (ASO), TDE & Data Redaction, Oracle Key Vault (OKV), Oracle Database Vault (DV), Oracle Audit Vault & DB Firewall (AVDF), Oracle Data Masking & Subsettings (DMS), Oracle Label Security (OLS), and Oracle Database Security Assessment Tool (DBSAT).
