Is there a way to update all listeners to a new OHome after upgrade? Going in manually to each listener (say 10) to update the new OHome seems like there should be an easier way but I'm unable to locate anything on it.

Not to my knowledge.

If you're using Grid/Oracle Restart etc, then "srvctl" can be used to do this programmatically (srvctl modify listener) but if you have standard OS configuration files, then its a case of modifying them either manually or with Net Config Assistant.

Typically a listener config file does not need to include a reference to ORACLE_HOME unless you need explicit SID_LIST entries (eg for external procedures) so you could take this opportunity to clean these files a little as part of the upgrade.
