Would you please help me to change my Workspace ID without deleting (remove) the workspace.

You need APEX administrator privileges for that.

You could go to https://your_apex_host/ords/apex_admin and log in at the admin user account.

From there you can go to "Existing Workspaces", select the workspace you want to rename, and update its name.
