My External Tables were working fine before i accidentally deleted all the .log and .bad files from the default location.

Now I am getting below error

ORA-29913: error in executing ODCIEXTTABLEOPEN callout
ORA-29400: data cartridge error
KUP-04001: error opening file /zfs/wat2/abcd_test/inbound/TRANSACTION_FCT_ROA_ET_75118.log

Is there any way i can get it fixed?

Deleting the log file should not be an issue - we just create a new one.

More likely here is that you no longer have permissions to create new files in that directory. Check with your OS people on permissions.
