As per Oracle recommendation we are using Automatic Segment Space Management . We see contentions when we route traffic for DML on multiple RAC nodes.

The only way I could think we can solve this Manual segment space management for LARGE table with large number of concurrency

It is rare to see contention due to ASSM. Are you sure you are not mistaking this for index block contention (probably the most common)? If you have lots of sessions going after a common set of index blocks, then ASSM is of no assistance (or relevance) here because index blocks contain data in a specific order - it can't be scattered wherever it likes.

Common resolutions for index block contention are hash partitioning or reverse key, depending on the nature of the index and application requirements.
