Can we run expdp command between two scn numbers?

I'm not sure what you would actually achieve by doing so.

There is the FLASHBACK_SCN parameter which will give you the table at a point in time, but there is not a concept of how a table looked *between* two SCN's.

I *suspect* you want all the *changes* to the table between these two scns? In that case, it is not really a *table* but a list of DML's you'd be seeing.

And datapump can't give you that - to capture/replay changes, you'd be using something like Goldengate or similar change data capture technology.
