I work in mid-size company in India.
I'm Oracle Developer last 1 year. I want to become DBA.

How to become professional Oracle DBA like Core DBA or Oracle Application DBA in INDIA?
Which book should be read for me?
What should be work do by me to become more expert in DBA?

1) Check the first three books on our Resources page

2) Read the Concepts Guide in the standard Oracle Docs

3) Then the Admin guide in the standard Oracle Docs

4) Then download a VM to start playing with your own instance

Contact local companies, contact your local Oracle office to find customers, use Google, Linkedin etc.
