Our client are planning to create new DR server.
Would you please give the step by step procedure to step new DR on IBM AIX server 6.1 64bit.

For "DR", I assume you mean a replica of your primary database.

For that, DataGuard is the best option

And we've got a whole book on how to set it up, monitor it, etc
