please help me to understand difference between service and module in oracle database.

You mean the module column in v$session?

That's simply the value set by calling DBMS_APPLICATION_INFO.SET_MODULE.

Services, on the other hand, provide a way to connect to the database. They effectively enable you to split up a single database into several different ones.
