Using V$SESSION_LONGOPS View, How can DBA self check long running query and also help to find out most resources consume?

V$session_longops only reports long running parts of a SQL execution plan. e.g. full table scans. Not the progress of the overall query:

So you can't really use this to look for long running SQL. If you want to find statements that take a long time to run, there are various ways:
