I have One PC and I also install VMWare on my pc. So I have oracle database 12c on my pc. I want to setup dataguard in my vmware workspace.
Is it possible to setup dataguard environment from my pc to vmware pc also same in my pc.

Yes, the vmware host is just another host, so you'd follow the normal Data Guard setup process.

What *will* be critical is that each machine (host and vm machine) can see each other over the network.

You'll need to consult the VMWare docs to configure the correct bridging network between the two.
