Hi,

We have Oracle 11g Standard Edition database on on-premise connected with Web Application.For Which, we want to setup a DR Site on Azure.
As per my knowledge Active Data guard is not provided with Oracle 11g standard edition. In this case, can you please suggest any workaround using which we can achieve the same and which provides better performance in terms of RPO,RTO and Automated failover, failback.

You could "roll your own", ie

- take a backup of the database
- restore on any remote location
- startup mount that copy
- regular intervals copy the archive logs over and perform a recovery operation

and script that last step to automate it.
