For passed 2 years, I had noticed the Oracle Cloud has been added many many services to the end users compare with AWS and Azure, that's great. But somehow, my experience to use the Oracle Cloud is not that great, I feel it is difficult to use in some cases. I hope Oracle can start focus on the user experience, please.

It is very important for the cloud interface is user friendly , otherwise people (don't have much experience with Oracle Products) will stop use it very quickly. I am an Oracle DBA/Developer for ten years (since 8i), I (We) want Oracle to be successful in the Cloud space, but please improve the user experience.
