I try to use oracle apex shortcut component to for reference. but it's not working, just print shortcut name (Plain Text).
Is it apex 5.1 bug or my mistake. I am not sure.

Let's say your shortcut name is TESTING.

Then in your region, your content will be:

"TESTING" (including quotes, case sensitive)

and for the region attributes, do:

Expand Shortcuts: Yes
