My Main Problem is I want to see all the details about running or executed a query or procedure so i can take action like performance tuning and query optimizations.

So what are the views and tables available in oracle 11g R2 Database so i can found a sql query which takes times.

v$sqlstats is a good place to start.

But I'd be using the AWR reports first - to get an overall picture of the database and then work from there.
