1.Please provide an example of the worst thing that has happened while you were performing duties as a DBA. How did you resolve the situation?

2.Please explain how you would investigate the following issue: During last night's maintenance window a developer releases a new stored procedure into production. Then the following day, totally unrelated applications using the same SQL Server have issues with performance.

3.What third party software tools have you used while working with SQL Server?

4.Please summarize your experience with SQL Server replication. Please also provide examples of times you have used replication in the past.
