Three words: Block Change Tracking.

That way you'll only back up the changes to your database, not the entire thing.

Thanks for your answer! But the block change tracking is use to improve the *Incremental backup* and my question is how to improve the rman full backup,so could you please guide me!

If you have block change tracking, then once you've taken a full backup *once* you will never have to take one again, because you can roll the incrementals into the existing full backup.
